Shakshuka
A Maghrebi dish of eggs poached in a sauce of tomatoes, olive oil, peppers, onion and garlic.
Instructions

Dice Tomatoes
Cut 3 medium tomatoes into small cubes

Dice Onions
Dice half of an onion

Mince Garlic
Mince 3 garlic cloves

Saute Onions
Saute the diced onions for untill golden brown

Simmer Sauce
Combine the tomatoes, sauted onions, and garlic. Set to simmer for 15 minutes.

Mix In The Spices
Add cordiander, parsley, and a pinch of salt to the simmering sauce.

Add the Egs
Break 3 eggs onto the simmering sauce and leave caped, on low heat for 10 minutes.

Serve
Serve with sliced bread.
